Media cafes in Japan are pretty crazy. If you ever come here, you gotta stay in one. Sounds crazy, right?
Well when you walk in, if you want, you can just get the most basic service, which is a computer in an open room for a little bit with internet access.
Or you can go all out. In that case, you’d get a private cubicle with a computer and a TV, and you’d stay the night. The chairs are really luxurious and quite comfortable. Easy to recline and sleep in. They also have a tanning bed, and you can do your laundry, and they have a theater room, and a kitchen/bunch of vending machines, a ton of manga magazines and DVDs, and a place to take a shower. If you wanted to, you’d never have to leave, ever. But yeah, you can sleep in one of these places for like $20 a night or something, which is actually pretty amazing ($600 bucks a month? Sure!). Do it if you go here.
